At Divine Perfume, we specialise in offering premium men’s and women’s fragrances to the UK online marketplace, at honest prices. You will find that we stock over 1,000 of the most popular high-street fragrances with big brand names, sold within the UK.

When sourcing our products, we have one thing in mind: the customer. We strive to stock the hottest brands and trending products, ranging from luxury designer brands such as Tom Ford, Hugo Boss, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Jacobs to also place importance on stocking your cosmetics essentials.

We are constantly hard at work to make sure that you are being offered the best quality products and on-time.

We always try to offer you the most suitable products. At the same time, our goal is to get them to you safely and as soon as possible. Thanks to new technologies, perfect management of logistics and the distribution partners, it takes your order two hours on average to get on its way to you. We can dispatch up to 1000 packages a day. Just for the record, last year we have delivered 7500 plus Parcels.

The Divine Perfume Story :

At Divine Perfume, there is no fuss and certainly no muss… we operate from Kenton, London which is a small suburban town that spans the boundary between Harrow and Brent to the east of Harrow in Greater London.

Incorporated on 12 December 2016 and Run by Umesh Kumar Barot who deal with the day to day running of the business, establish new suppliers, stock and customer service functions along with his team.

Our Mission : Our mission is to provide every human being with best in quality and original fragrances.

Our Products : We have been dealing in perfume brands like Balenciaga, Calvin Klein, Cartier, Davidoff, Diesel, Dior, Estee Lauder, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Hugo Boss.

Our Presence : We are on Amazon & Ebay marketplace since 2017 and have successfully delivered more than 7500 units during the time.

 

Refund Policy:

We grant customers a period of 30 days from the Order delivered date to return the products. In case you return the goods within the said period, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

To qualify for reimbursement the Customer must return the goods at his/her own expense at below address.

– In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within the period of 30 days.

– Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.

– The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
